Always good service, staff are polite and courteous. The post office gets quite busy at certain times, but the wait is seldom longer than a few minutes.

Is there a way to purchase stamps and have the mail carrier delivery them.

Go to "USPS.com" and click on "Stamps and supplies"... you can place an order there and have it delivered right to your door

Every day that it snows our mail is soaked through, you can read our information through the envelope, and the mail is falling apart. Would appreciate if the mailman could be bothered to close the mailbox and keep my mail intact.

On Dec. 5 I mailed 2 packages overseas to a DPO address. One was a flat-rate that obviously went priority, and my other package was too large for a flat rate so it was in a large brown box. This box contained perishable goods that the clerk KNEW about. I assumed it would go priority like the first package, as she did not even ask me how I wanted it to go, AND she knew it was perishable. Also because I only had to answer those questions one time I assumed they would both go the same way. In tracking, I see that package took 3 days to get to Chicago vs 1 day for the flat rate. I feel that this clerk provided EXTREMELY poor service by not asking me how I wanted to mail it. I should have asked, but this is the first time I was not asked by the clerk, so I assumed it would be mailed like the first box. This box will now arrive in Italy next year sometime. At this time of year, don't you think the clerk should have asked how fast I wanted something perishable to arrive? I was told by a former PO employee that this clerk doesn't care about anything and is lazy. I will never let her wait on me again at your facility. She was clerk #16 on my receipt. When mailing a larger envelope of photographs to this DPO address approx one month ago, this same clerk told me that I did not need a customs' card, and that envelope took 3 weeks. I later discovered that it would have arrived sooner if it had a customs' card. Very bad experiences with the same clerk.
