This is the worst mail service I have ever received! Every single time I order a package it's never here on the date or the mail carrier just decides she doesn't want to deliver it. I'm sick of this crap! I can't believe this place still had employees I would have fired alot of people for this kind of mistake. Absolute garbage!!

Poor poor service! Have had nothing but problems with this post office in the 15 years I've lived in this town!! From skipping my house, not picking up out going mail, refusing delivery. Not to mention the holding my ducking mail making all my bills late on multiple occasions! Post office refuses to allow you to file a complaint! Won't tell you were or how to do such and they insist you can't do it there as well! I'm sorry but checks finally go through 8 weeks after our put in the mail box but with 5 different bills that were all in the pile not a coincidence! I checked the news no fires or explosions so absolutely no other excuse is acceptable in not delivering my mail in a timely manner!! This place is terrible in all the city's I've lived in in my life Fenton is by far the worst for postal service!!!

My mail is supposed to be forwarded. Instead of forwarding, they send it back undeliverable. Fenton, MI. PO. They don't answer the phone either. How can I resolve this? Help!

I had ordered a package off of Amazon. It was delivered to a community mailbox where you need a key to get in. for some reason the mail lady never left me a key. tracking info said it's delivered, however she delivered it to wrong person. I have personally gone into the post office, and called numerous times, and have been given empty promises and blown off. I am not impressed with this Post Office at all. I cannot believe people that do not follow their word to follow up, and never even male an attempt still have jobs.

The staff are arrogant and only like to hear themselves. They don't work with anyone and it is the worst post office around. You wonder why everyone uses other means to avoid them.
