AVOID this place like the plague. They can't even mail things out correctly, no pride in being careful and doing a good job. Spent so much money, love and care sending out a holiday box priority mailto my family. Paid for priority AND signature confirmation due to thieves who love to steal packages, especially during the holidays. Apparently, the lazy, sloppy postal worker put TWO shipping labels on my box and now their post office does not take ANY responsibility. Package delivered incorrectly and stolen. I'm out at least a couple of hundred dollars with shipping, gas, time, and gifts, but these people could CARE LESS!!!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING, BROOKLYN, MI POST OFFICE!!!! BTW, AI/robots can't come soon enough to replace inept postal workers like these that make costly human errors. Byeeeeee. Good riddance!!!

The women that work at this post office are not very helpful, not very knowledgable, there are very judgemental and were very rude. THEY decided I did not need to include a note with an application of mine and took it off 'for me' and threw it away (is that tampering with my mail?) and I had to 'convince' them that I was turning in my application as stated by the Government. They also made comments to me about how I needed my passport in a short time and how it would never happen and how I would have to pay for expediting and on and on . . . I then looked at them and said, yes I know, my check already has the right amount for that. In a nutshell, they made me feel very stupid instead of simply educating me. They could have easily said, "oh, I see you need this right away, they can do that but there are additional fees involved" - that beats "oh WHAT, you're going when? that's never going to happen. wow! that's right around the corner! it'll take at least 10 weeks to do this . . . " I mentioned expedited services, they said, "well yes, you can do that I guess, but it will cost you". What I wrote above COULD have even been said nicely . . . but they did not use that tone. I will be going out of my way to NOT use my hometown post office . . . that is sad.
