I was made to do a change of address for the winter instead of getting a winter box. Now it takes 15 to 20 days to get my mail. Sorry but this is just wrong. I went into my local office and the girl told me I should find another way to pay my bills. All I want is my mail to show up in a reasonable time! You people don't make shit each do you?

Horrible. Mail constantly lost or get other peoples. Wont come up the driveway for packages if theres just a little snow.....ridiculous
