Jamie is the rudest, most argumentative employee I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Simple requests for information are like pulling teeth from him. It's like he wants to argue with customers (US post office customers, not his own personal customers to do with as he sees fit). Should not be dealing with the public. Should not be allowed to answer phones.

Would like to know why mail was not delivered to Myra Lee on the 10th of January, when it was delivered to other subdivisions.
