These postal servicers are the best! We just want to thank them for all they do. They don't just do the job but they go the extra mile. We appreciate you!

This has to be the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. We moved here last August and have had mail delivered to us from the past three homeowners, one of my dear friends has sent us two wedding invites and both have been returned to her saying our address was undeliverable, recently I have been waiting for an Amazon package and I just so happened to be out in my front yard all morning and afternoon doing yardwork & the website said it was undeliverable at 11:48 and no post office person ever came to our house! Now our Amazon website says it's being redirected to a different address. WTH is going on! I know postal works are busy but perhaps hire additional drivers!

Allendale has the WORST postal service in the area. Forget the face that I get emails showing me what my mail is each day and that my mail rarely shows up as promised, OR, the fact that I was in downtown and mailed myself an empty envelope to demonstrate my theory that it took them FOUR DAYS to deliver it to me. I have mailed out three cards, at their request mind you, so that we stop receiving first class mail for people that have not lived at this address for YEARS. However, they just can't seem to get it straight. Yesterday I received all of the first class mail for another woman, including her license plate tabs from the Secretary of State's office. I wish I could call and talk to someone about this, but, no one answers the phone at the post office...WORST service ever...

I have had numerous packages that have been “returned to sender” because you all don’t seem to have enclave registered in your systems. I’ve had to call many times to get my packages sent to the right place. It’s annoying to have to call every time I have something sent to my place.

We have had NUMEROUS instances where our mail has been bent and FORCE SHOVED into our mailbox thereby almost ruining what was in the package. Every time I have ordered photo prints or a photo gift (i.e. calendar) off of a photo website I have to watch like an eagle for delivery otherwise my product gets ruined. Just today I had a huge orange envelope delivered and watched from the doorway as the delivery guy FORCE BENT it just so he could shove it in the box instead of doing his job and bringing it to my door. Thankfully I was home so I could grab it out of the box immediately but if it would have sat there for a few hours my pictures would have been bent and ruined. We have complained before when this has happened (at least 3 times before) and were told the problem would be corrected. Please train your delivery people to actually have common sense and care about your customers. If someone is too lazy to walk a package up to a door then they need to get a new job.

PLEASE TELL THE POSTAL CARRIER FOR ALLENDALE MEADOWS TO PAY ATTENTION WHEN HANDLING PACKAGES. We have had two packages ruined this week because the carrier cannot figure out that MAYBE putting a cardboard box in a puddle is a bad idea!!!!!

On Friday, April 14 we did not get our mail delivered and our neighbors as well as us had outgoing mail as well. Lucky for us my husband noticed at 6PM that our flag was still up and because we were mailing our taxes out, he took it out of our box and delivered it to the post office. I am very disappointed that especially the day before taxes are due that someone missed delivering our mail. This is not the first time this has happened but I hope that it is the last time this happens.
