I’d like to give a pat on the back to Raymond’s postal service. We live on the outskirts of town and rarely have a problem with our service. They rarely miss a day’s delivery, and have even delivered on the occasional Sunday. Our delivery person is very reliable and friendly.

Whatever happened to daily delivery? I haven't gotten mail in 4 days. I know there are employee issues, but this is ridiculous! Prior to Christmas I frequently went 2 -3 days without mail. I also went days without package delivery when tracking stated the package was delivered. This happened 3 times.

This is the worst run USPS I have ever has the misfortune to work with. Packages are regularly marked as delivered when they have not been delivered. I have spent large amounts of time on the phone (when you can get these people to actually answer the phone) to try to find my package (my package is usually sitting on the facility floor somewhere). There is no explanation given by whichever surly employee you are made to chat with. A terribly run place, I can only assume management is very ineffective or absent all together.

This is BY FAR the WORST post office I've ever dealt with. Christmas packages delivered to other houses... not even near our house.....good thing there were honest people living there that brought the packages to us. No one ever answers the phone down there if there is a problem. Tracking info shows packages were delivered to front door/porch when they weren't. I was just home this afternoon....watched the mailman deliver the mail, was also waiting on a package that would not fit in the mailbox. He drove off after putting mail in the mailbox....my tracking info changed to delivered.....NO PACKAGE was delivered! Where is it?? Who knows....it's like Where's Waldo out here. Rude employees, crappy delivery vehicles...tires "lock up" & drag across your driveway or mailbox making ruts....and an endless supply of excuses. So tired of not getting my mail or anything else on time or at all

Raymond ME Post Office: why would a tracking # state a sender to schedule 'redelivery' to a Post Office Box? Tracking #: 92055901755477000511661743

12/10/2021 I called about a package that was reported as delivered and left in a mail locker. (The key for that locker has never been in my own small mai locker, nor has any slip telling me to pick it up at the post office.) The woman who answered the phone said she had delivered a package to that mail locker the night before I called. I tried to tell her that the one I was talking about was reported as delivered (by tracking) in late November, not December 10th. She would not let me finish a sentence; just kept telling me it was there, and had been since the night before. I finally get a word in, telling her I had received no key or slip. She insisted it was there, no matter what I said, and then insulted me by saying to look in my mailbox more thoroughly. It's smaller than a shoe box. To make matters worse, I picked up my mail today. No key, no slip, no new packages. I had been expecting a second package, so now two have been misdelivered. *** Misdelivery happens frequently to me and to my neighbors, but I've never been treated so badly, and likely lied to, when I went to follow up on a package. I'm furious and I'm more than tired of being unsure whether important mail will actually be delivered to me.

Why are we not getting mail picked up nor delivered from time to time? Yesterday (1/6/2021) is the fourth time in a year and the second time this year! One excuse was a new employee and the second was a delivery vehicle was broken down. To day no answer to my call.
