I am suppose to have packages delivered to my porch if they are too big to fit into the mailbox..for some reason the delivery person it's refusing to deliver my packages most of the time on Mondays and before anything had even been delivered for the day I get an email saying they attempted to deliver with no access. This is not a true fact and there it's absolutely no reason to not have the delivery done. Last I knew this is the postal workers job which is not getting done. Every time this happens I have to leave my job 30mins away to get to the post office and collect my packages. As many times as this has happened I'm getting fed up...what is the protocol for this? Why are they not delivering???
