Postal Locations

A few years ago I sent mail to my son in Little River and it was often misdirected. At the Cutler Post office a woman by the name of Abby often would ¨rescue"mail for me that had to be delivered to my son at the lighthouse.....I appreciated all she did but thought she was öne in a million¨ well now I think she was one of two. This is to acknowledge the unsung efforts of employees for the USPS and all they do. Much more than just deliver the mail.....these folks care. Thank you Lisa to you and your crew for caring enough to be the best

I have nothing but good things to say about this post office. They are always professional and courteous to me. I am there nearly every day, so I see them a lot.

The postmaster is completely rude. It baffles me how such people obtain jobs where it is essential to have great customer service skills. She lacks customer service skills and common sense. I would love to complain to her superior but she refused me the information and disconnected the call.

This is the WORST ran post office I have ever had to deal with and that's putting it nicely! Their promptness doesn't even seen to exist. I had a package that has been sitting their for 2 days now past the delivery date which I paid extra for but yet it hasn't been delivered to my residence and when I went to the post office to try and pick it up the blonde haired postal worker was extremely rude and wouldn't let me have it because " it hadn't been scanned in yet to be put out for reliever" it would be tomorrow well 2 days of the same ignorance and still no package in hand. For being a federal run place it certainly should be investigated for negliance! I will NEVER ever have anything sent or transferred threw them again especially when you pay extra for guaranteed delivery and insurance and do not get those services not bc of the shipping company but because of the laziness and ignorance of the postal services employees. FedEx and UPS straight to your house is the ONLY way to go if your mail is delivered by Machias

This post office is awful! The workers are rude one blonde in particular. They really need to work on being more professional with their attitudes. I also heard "the blonde" with the "let go let God" tattoo cussing in the back.... disgusting for a postal worker. How unprofessional. Will never use this post office again

I went inside the post office tiail a package. My box was taped but started to come apart o. The corner of the box. I asked for a small piece of tape no bigger than a 1/2" they told me they couldn't offer that but I could buy a roll at $4. I will never use that post office again. I wasn't the only one who walked out after that as the others who were in there thought her tone was rude & the fact I only needed about 1/4" pice of scotch tape. Customer service is terrible won't be back I will use the next town over.

The Machias Post office really needs to work on staffing and friendliness. Every time you call the people say "I have to call you back because I'm too busy". Well a customer over the phone should be just as much a priority as someone in person. And also I never get my call back.
