I had to mail out several packages within a few days apart. The person at counter was an older guy (worked weekends too) and his attitude is so unprofessional and unpleasant. I used to work for the post office and if we were rude to customers, we were hauled into the post master's office and talked with or disciplined by suspension or warning. This desk clerk hates his job and says it to me! I forgot my pen and asked for one, he mentioned he could get fired for letting me borrow a pen! Another occassion I had a package that needed a small area covered up due to a name on box. I asked if there was a small piece of packing tape to cover it up ( space of 1 inch by 1 inch) he told me I could buy a roll of tape for like $9.00! I said I had plenty at home, he then suggested I drive all the way home to put that small tape piece on and come back. He could not have offered to cover it for me with all his tape he had? I stopped going to this post office and travel an extra 15 mins. away to go to the Lewiston one instead. This is how much this guy at front desk sucks.

i tried calling about a package that said it was out for delivery on friday 13,2023 but was never delivered, no one answered the phone,i let it ring for 5m minutes, last week my wife had the same thing done to her,we live at 55 pinewoods rd. lisbon, just wondering where my package is, thank you

I’m getting very tired of this message; Delivery attempted August 6 Unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. Stating they made an attempt to deliver my package, but they didn’t come to my house. Please fix this.

wondering why the mail and packages I'm expecting has not been delivered to us at Town & Country Mobile Home Park? I have packages that were supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and still nothing. You need to post on Facebook or something as to what is going on please!

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I have numerous packages delivered to the neighbors, who will not return the mail. How is this not considered postal theft? I have called the post office, I have been in person, and two weeks later I get an emailed apology saying they cannot get my package. It is ridiculous to think you are going to get quality service from this post office. The first package we reported missing to Melissa and come to find out, she was the one to deliver the package to the wrong address. She has never admitted to it, apologized, or helped in any way to find the package. I had to investigate on my own. When I went in person, Ed told me to call the police, only to be told off that that this was not a police matter, but a postal matter. I have noticed that I complained so much, even to Scott, the post master, that now my packages are sometimes held a day or two at the post office before delivering, if I even get them at all. I am now going to get a PO Box in another town.

The absolute worst service ever. Today took the take. I called to say that a desk was left in front of my door the box half covered with plastic. When they answered after letting in ring until it was disconnected, I explained the box was at my front...blocking the door in the pouring rain. The solution I was given was to put on my coat and go out my back door go around the house and move it. Then he hung up. He did call back and the del person came back and moved the box a few inches so is could open the door....I went to pick it up and the box fell apart in my hands my new desk is ruined and they couldn’t care less I will be going in in person tomorrow morning...

I have been waiting for a package, A VERY expensive item,and when I checked the tracking # it said the package had been delived10 days ago .I NEVER received the package! Now WHAT, do I loose my money or does the post office pay for it ?

There is a new worker named Ed at the Lisbon location and he has been rude numerous occasions to me, my mother and a few of our customers that have frequented our store. He has been the topic of many negative conversations in our store where the customers come in need to wait to be served and strike up conversations with one another and it never good. He is not the personality that the post office should have at the counter for service. Also, the driveway at that location is dangerous. There are potholes everywhere. My mother is 79 years old and goes to that post office every day and I am scared that she might step in one and get injured. SOMEONE needs to get over there and manager that place it has gone to hell.

Over the past year we have had a ton of issues with package and letter delivery to our residence. Each time I called, someone had a different suggestion as to why it was going on from theft to substitute mail carriers and even one time they stopped delivering us mail all together because they said a piece of mail in our box said we didn't live there anymore. When we got our mail coming again, we never got anything that said that. After a year of it I just told them to send everything to the closest post office to me. When I came to check up on if packages or mail had arrived for me, the postmaster at that post office was upset to the point of being outright visibly angry with me. He told me I had to call lisbon to sort it out and when I did I got verbally chewed out by my carrier. Just ended up having to pay for a p.o. box. I don't know who or what was at fault for such terrible service, but I know it wasn't me, and instead I felt like I was being treated like the problem instead of the consumer.
