Our postman socks. We are not receiving our flyers or they are coming late. We are not getting our mail. It's being dropped off at someone else's house and we are sometimes getting others mail.

If we have a hold on mail and a new change of address as of Sat., can we pick up the hold mail today and anything that comes in on Friday still be held or forwarded? I believe that once we pick up the mail that the hold stops. Concerned that Friday mail will go to wrong address if change is for Sat. Thank you.

Terrible! I sent a package to my customer in Kittery. It arrive on Feb 5th. My customer shop was closed so it was held at the PO, I am not sure if they were notified. Today 3/17 my customer called asking about the package. I did a search and saw it was at the PO. My consumer call there and spoke to the Post master. He told her it wasn't there so must have been sent back. He said to ask the receiving PO where it is. Ok I inturn did that and my local PM said that's would not be correct but was willing to help. He told me that an automatic return label was generated at the Kittery PO but never was used. He suggested it was still in Kittery. When I called there myself I got the PM in Kittery. I explained to him everything and se just said it was returned. I again explained what his fellow PM said about if returned it would have showed up in the system. He very quickly. "Yep that's right". When I continue to ask why it was registered into the system again very quick simple answers. "that happens". I tried to ask if he would look around to make sure it was sent back and he said "no, it was sent back" When I showed his the logic in order for us not to have received it back 2 problems would have had to happen, 1st the system did not accpet the package into the system and 2nd it was never delivered to us even though the Kittery PM said it was clealy marked. When he heard that he said that happens and blamed the PO system, almost with a laughter in his voice like he could care less. The fact is the last place that package had been in the system was in Kittery, if it was never returned its either still there or stolen. Since listeninmg to the PM reponce and reading the comment below it sounds like it was never returned. I asked again if he would look and he refused. I told I would be making a formal complain and that the PO in Brattleboro said it was still there or it would have shown up in the system. He told me to go ahead. When I asked his name he said "Al the postmaster". When asked what was Al's last name he said Al the Post Master. I asked so your last name is "the post master" he said no. Then I asked are you refusing to give me your last name he said that correct. Is this correct? Does the USPS approve of this behavior. Have the USPS had other complaints about missing packages from this office? I would like an response.

This post office if horrible the employees are so rude and they have no sense of time management. Slow as molasses except the Sunday driver, he/she drives so fast down our street on Sundays it's ridiculous!! It's dangerous and I'm horrified that our tax dollars pay his/her salary.
