Service is HORRIBLE, well actually they have no customer service at all! They left a card in my mailbox saying they have a package with postage due, call and call and call with no answer EVER!

My now 87 year old father and I stopped by for stamps and a money order....no one was at the counter....I had to nock on it for someone to appear from another room! She could not help and the only person that could wasn't returning until 2:30 pm...the commercials on tv are not correct....you have NO Customer Service today!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my good friends is a Post Master and he would never allow this type of treatment and I work for the Government!!!! William E. Brown

Ordered a part for our truck and paid big money to have it delivered overnight. Supposedly the postman tried to deliver but because there were dogs outside he didn’t. The strange thing is we were home waiting and the dogs were in the house with us. We also live down a long driveway and if delivery was attempted and the dogs were out they would have barked as they do EVERYTIME someone comes near our driveway.

Attempted to send a piece of certified mail to a valid address in west Gardiner Maine. We tracked it with the tracking code and the piece of mail was marked undeliverable. We’re awaiting it’s return to determine if we somehow fat fingered the address. We’ve been told by the mail recipient that they have no trouble receiving mail in their mailbox, but anything requiring the postal employee to get out of the truck and cross the street as the mail box is across the street from the house they refuse to deliver. So now our dilemma is how do we get this time sensitive important document to the mail recipient.

Called to inquire about a package and the person I talked to was inpatient, rude and condescending!

We're having a real hard time getting our mailed delivered have called the Post Master several times and getting just another excuse I paid shipping to have a box delivered on 11/13 got a confirmation saying it was delivered surprise the mail carrier just scanned the box and never delivered it and that's just one excuse it seems like at least once a week you get other peoples mail or the mail is dropped in the mud and delivered soaking wet or you see mail on the ground or you get past due notices because your mail is delivered to somebody else very upsetting and you lose all confidence on having any mail sent by USPS because you don't have a mail carrier that can handle the job maybe she should have another job, because she's stressed that was one of the excuses I received, another her truck broke down. Its the customer that get the short end of the deal because nobody at the post office seems to care.

On Saturday we got our regular mail out of the box a little after 3 p.m. and that is all the mail we had. When we got ready to leave Sunday morning for church, there was a package left on our steps which had been left late Saturday. We were home the whole time and not a door bell (located right above where the package was dropped) was rung nor a knock to let us know that a package was being delivered. Left In the pouring rain, the package was of course damaged (the box fell apart) and some of the items that were moisture sensitive were damaged. Please call us at 588-7652 to resolve this issue. Just wanted to mention that I purchased something from QVC. I have been tracking in on line. It was in Lewiston/Auburn head for Augusta,ME on the 20th. It said on t he 21st it was out for delivery to Randolph,ME. Which is where I live. They couldn't find my place. It is 3 Valley Ct. Randolph,ME. 04346. So the postman took it back to the post office. Post office told me it would be delivered today the 22nd. Still didn't get here. Please find out when it will get here.
