On 1/23 postman did not deliver package to our address due snow, since then I have tried repeatedly to call with no answer. Call automatically hangs up.. I went on line to schedule redelivery but site does not recognize the article number. Now I do not have package and have not been able to get help at all from USPS. Other carriers would try delivery again without all this disappointment

Post Mistress in Freeport not helpful when called. Packages not forwarded despite pre-check in person that they would be, and no workable solution presented to get the packages to us in a timely manner after held a week. "We can forward now but it will take a week to ten days." As a solution we are sending a friend to pick up the packages and re-mail them so that we can get them in under a week! I hope it works! It is hard to handle the brusque and unhelpful responses when we are trying to find a solution that will work.

This USPS is the most rude postal store I have ever been to. All I wanted was some help and suggestions on how I should package my item that they would concider to be the most safe. All she kept doing was interrupting me and telling not only was it not her problem, but that if it breaks it’s not their problem. And that’s all she kept repeating. They also couldn’t let me have one little piece of tape to better seal my package on one spot saying they don’t give tape away they sell it, while right beside me a gentleman was having 6 boxes taped up for him. This is not the first time I have come here and has problems, but it will absolutely be the last. You’re in the business of customer service and it is extremely poor.
