Mail person does not snap door on mailbox shut half the time and mail is wet or in the ditch.at 807 norridgewock rd. Box is only 2 years old and in good shape on a swinging arm so that snow plows do not damage it..

Mail truck backed into my driveway but didn't ring bell or knock on front door, She just left a note. Very disappointing.
