Postal Locations

I just got a notice that my package was not delivered because no access to my house. This is a lie. I was home and 3 cars where in my driveway which has a capacity for 7-8 cars and my mailbox is across the street was not blocked at all. This has been done before and delivered to the wrong address!

It says my package was delivered yesterday I didn't get no package it says it was delivered at 1051 am on 143 south street

We have deliveries that have been delivered but it would seem the mail Edson took the keys to the boxes and we are unable to get our packages. How can this be rectified when I have called and the numbers for the Biddeford office have all been disconnected? What is going on and who can you reach to talk to? Not the 800# you don’t get anywhere with an automated system.

Good morning; I have received a few complaints on the appearance of the property that the post office owns. As active members of Biddeford’s Adopt-a-Park program, we’re naturally interested in all the green spaces in our city, and how they can make a positive contribution to citizens’ well-being. While we recognize that the areas surrounding your Post Office tree on Alfred Street, the verges surrounding the parking lot and sections in front of the building, are not part of Biddeford’s park system, we’re somewhat puzzled — and saddened — to note that they’re looking so neglected. In our opinion, the forlorn state of these areas does not reflect well on an institution as venerable and important as the US Postal Service. Nor, of course, does their appearance do anything to enhance our town’s image. We’re not sure who has the authority to address this maintenance oversight and would appreciate it if you would be kind enough to please mention our collective concern on to the relevant person.

What is happening to our Postal Service, junk mail sure comes to the right address, but critical, important papers come late, or opened because the mailperson has put it in the wrong house's box and that person opened it. Or, a month late, yes a month.......Please address this issue...

Very poor services. For some reason me and my husband and kids got get are mail but everyone else in the house does. I call and it's just a ring around every time. They tell me oh give it a few days. It's been over a month now. This is beyond expecteable

Is mail still being delivered? I haven't received any mail in over a week. Just wondering if the mail is still being delivered????

What US TAX PAYERS ARE NOT PAYING ENOUGH FOR THE POST OFFICE ROBOTS TO MAKE DELIVERIES FOR ALL GOVERNMENT FUNDED MAIL TO BE SENT! PRICES GO UP? PROGRAM, OFFICES ,BEARUES, DEPARTMENTS, CAMPAIGNS, COURTS, DHHS, SOCIAL SECURITY MEDICARE ALL THESE GOV SENATERS OR GOVENORS RUNNING FOR OFFICE THE ADS THE INFORMATION THAT WAS MADE TO STEAL JOBS BUT PRICES GO UP! WHY THE FUC# DID WE CHANGE ANYTHING? PRICES WOULD PROBABLY BE THE SAME OR IF PRICES WENT UP.AT LEAST IT WAS FOR A PERSON TO HAVE A FUC#ING JOB! I am constantly getting my neighbors mail and others that don't even live on my road delivered to me and none of my packages have come where expected. This is unacceptable.

This will be my countless SAME complaint of not getting MY mail with my mail box clearly labeled on the front side, top and lift top. I get my CMP bill, Spectra bill, countless college flyers for my son but NEVER get CRITICAL court papers from a judge in New York. 110% unacceptable. Where are the supervisors SUPERVISING these continuous issues? Heightens concerns as tax time is coming and what are the chances those will come to my mailbox correctly?

It snowed Christmas Day which was a week ago. We promptly shoveled our mailbox after the storm finished. We have not gotten mail in a week nor any notification that the shoveling around the box needs to be modified. I understand mail may not come everyday, but I know I have some bills in the mail and am quite disappointed with this level of customer care. I hope my mail starts coming again or I get some sort of notice as to why my mail has been withheld.

My package arrived on January 27. I check my box daily. Finally I called today. She tells me she is just now ( perhaps because I am calling ) , getting around to putting a notice in my box. This is not acceptable to me.
