This is the most bunch of inept people I have ever met. They refuse to answer the phone & once you do get someone, their stupid. We live in Waldo & the idiot who delivers out here has decided to put pkg on the end of the ramp that is in front of the house, where we can't see it. If it's raining, too bad. I guess hubby is going to have to go in & complain once again. Maybe I'll complain to the Maine Postal Service. That worked last time....

I'm tired of seeing the Rebel Battle Flag displayed on a vehicle regularly parked outside the Belfast Maine PO. I think this vehicle must belong to an employee. I think this flag is an insult to the institution and disturbing to any person of color entering the PO on the Franklin St. side.

I was surprised to see that the counter person in the Belfast Post Office was not wearing a face mask. I think you should require it as well as, requiring customers to wear them.

We're fed up with the mailman for East Belfast, Maine! Mail is not consistent form day to day. Some of us still use mail service for bills and incoming Checks! The Fact we're a low income family is quiet Frustrating, and having PTSD and extreme social anxiety disorder. This is unacceptable "If you can't or are to lazy to do there job in a professional manner"

My concern: I mailed in my address to be moved to my new location starting Sept.9 Well I haven't received a check that was sent last Thursday Sept.19th and it's the same town. I really need my money and I can't understand what takes so long. Unfortunately I've had to move a lot and this happens all the time with my mail.

Have had trouble with package delivery a few times. Again today. Tracking says package left post office at 8:30 a.m. and mailman delivers in the late afternoon. No package. I called the post office and was told it would be delivered in the evening as they were behind. Postman comes back around suppertime and leaves a message on the tracking list that they could not access the building for delivery. Huh? They deliver to this building everyday with their own access key! Have ever since I have lived at this apartment building. (5 years) Not impressed.

The counter employees at the Belfast Maine Post Office are so friendly it makes going in there a pleasure, not a chore. They are also very competent and helpful! It's a small facility with lots of business, so their job is not easy and can be stressful, there are often lines, but still they manage to greet you with a smile and give you the help you need. The counter staff deserves to be commended!

When I have called with a need or stopped by to mail something, the window people have been personable and helpful to me. I genuinely feel that they care about helping with my needs.

Unfortunately, I have two separate incidents with Belfast Post Office. Each time, the post master has never gotten back to me nor was even at the post office each and every time. The behavior of the employees is lacking consideration for the paying tax payers that provide the funds for their pay checks. The post master has absolutely zero concern for the people in Belfast to ensure that they are getting their mail delivered. #needstobefired!

I was not receiving a credit card bill for over 5 months and consequently forgot it existed and did not pay it. Now my credit card has been shut off and I owe almost $400 in late fees and interest. When I called thefts office to inquire, they immediately deferred back to the credit card company, taking no responsibility. Interestingly enough, soon after, I began receiving ALL the bills my credit card company sent me! On top of that, I routinely receive mail in my mail box which does not belong to me. Someone is f***ing up royally and no one is answering to it. To the tune of $400 out of my pocket.

I've heard the postmaster is very difficult to deal with; makes a miserable work environment ; and the two largest commercial customers (Bank of America and athena Health) have business impact for having to wait so long for bulk mail service.

I had my neighbors mail delivered to me over 10 times in the last month and I had not receive any of my mail on those days. I called and the post master says I was skipped. I asked him how I was skipped 10 times in a month when later my neighbor brings me mail that was delivered to their box. The post master told me he does not care what happens with my mail he has been doing this for 27 years and it is not his fault.
