I received a delivery to my mailbox today. I cannot get it out. I suppose when the carrier delivered it, it could fit because the main door opens all mailbox slots. It is lodged in my box. 532 Moorings Circle

I had severa; packages delivered today to group mailbox for my street. When I tried to use the key to open the package door it won't open. I called Stevensville Post office and they sent someone over to my street to open the box and they delivered the packages to my door. I was extremely pleased with the quick and efficient service, A huge THANK YOU to all the postal employees involved with this instance. Your dedication to service is outstanding and it didn't go unnoticed,

Yesterday a package was delivered...but I have several issues with the tracking information I received. Package 1Z3Y04V9Y33982702, my online tracking said out for delivery as late as 6:30 PM, so my husband went to our postal box, the bag was wedged in tightly with lots of other items. This morning I received an e-mail saying the package was left on my porch at 3:52. The online tracting system noted this at almost 11 pm last night. The information was inconsistent and not at all useful. What happened?
