Postal Locations

My package to Italy mailed a month ago has not been delivered. I spent $ 94.19 for a PM Express International. I am very disappointed by the entire service: I cannot get in touch on the phone with anybody in the USPS service except with automated responses, which not help at all. I know where the package has been kept for at lest three weeks, according to the Tracking service, but that does not help either, because it is apparently an airport in Milan, Italy. I tried to read how to file a claim in your website, and it is such a complicate series of information and pages on pages of information that even if I am an intelligent person with a Ph.D. I do not understand at all how to proceed. I have a tracking number and I would like to know from you if my package has to be considered lost, or if you can do something to identify the package and ask the Italian office to speed up the delivery. If you cannot do that for me, I want to file a claim and be reimbursed for $ 200 for the missed content of the package and $ 94.19 for the cost of the PM Express Intl, which never occurred. Some times they are not very nice

the mailman who delivered the mail Saturday left the mailbox open and all the mail was hanging out while it was raining I would love to talk to this jerk tell him to stop by 300 Dorchester Rd. Stevensville Md.

I had a honestly terrible experience at this location today. I was dropping off a package with Priority Mail 2-day Shipping postage and was told by someone behind the counter, in street clothes, who I've never seen before, that I had the wrong postage on the package. I asked for clarification about whether it was the size of the box that was the problem and was again told that my postage was wrong. Because she did not answer my question and instead just pointed to my pre-paid shipping label I knew I was not going to get the answer to my question. Since I was in a hurry and there were people waiting behind me I decided to leave and go to another location. As I was leaving this tiny little Post Office I heard her saying to other customers, "see, this is what I'm talking about". It was clearly meant to be heard by me. Her demeanor was unprofessional and shocking, as the employees here are always so nice! I come here often to drop off package and have never been subjected to this kind of attitude and have never seen this happen to another customer.
