WOODMOOR POST OFFICE Worst Customer Service Ever! Ms. Diaz was very rude, nasty and disrespectful. She is one of the laziest employees I have ever had the dissatisfaction to have ever witnessed.

If I can change the place where my mails are routed without moving, I would do. About 5 years ago the gentleman who used deliver our mails retired. He was GREAT. Mail that had wrong addresses, he knew our names and ALWAYS deliver mails to the right person. After that we got series of carriers and I a little over 2 years now we got permanent carrier. There is no comparison to that gentleman, none. And I am not asking her to do the same things that he went above and beyond to deliver our mails and packages. I was just want bare minimum, deliver our mails/packages. Early last year I had a package routed to four corners. weeks went by without my package and my calls were never answered. I came to understand Four Corners is known for. This is not just customers affirming this but other letter carrier said so. I finally contacted the person who sent me the package, they too could not get anyone at four corner to answer calls either. They returned my money and filed a complained with USPS. My biggest issue is this woman who deliver our mails/packages. leaves our packages in the lobby of our building. She does not put them by our doors. She has been doing this since she was assigned to this area. The only time you find a package at our door is if she is not on duty that day, and another carriers are helping out. That is how I found out that it is a know fact that four corner phones are not answered. The gentleman said they don't answer their calls either. Our New carrier leaves our packages by the entrance of our building. If you don't know or look careful you can mistaken that with trash. Because I already know her shabby work, I usually just go down stairs and check and see if there are packages. And yes because I am expecting packages, I have been checking, and found some of them in the lobby right by the door. Some were covered with trash because tenants thought its a trash they started pilling their trash on top of our packages. The packages were not just mine but my neighbors. I was horrified that this is the service we got Sooner or later our packages are you to be stolen, if that hasn't happened yet. I am appealing to anyone to help. I know that probably nothing is going to happened, but I am hoping that may be, just maybe someone will read this and make some change. we are actually paying for this. So we are asking for the service that we paid for.

I came to the post office on Four Corners for the first time and the experience was horrible! The woman at the counter was supposed to help but she had the worst attitude. I asked a couple of questions and she had an attitude with me and didn't help at all. I was still respectful when I left but she should be fired or re-trained for better customer service. I will call the manager/supervisor tomorrow to complain.

NEver answer the phone, won't resend a package that required a signature, where the hell is any type of oversight on this branch?? There's 95 million unemployed and most likely 94.9 million could do a better job. Fire the whole crew!

These people NEVER answer the phone, are very slow, and give you a notice to pick up a package but do not have it even though you come after the date and time they tell you. Such a terrible waste of time.

The staff is the most inattentive I've ever seen at a post office. They purposely move as slow as they can. This place is awful.
