Spoke to an employee concerning a carrier issue, just wanted to add, if this is the same gentleman that took the route for a while, he did an incredible job.

I was expecting a Prime Delivery Package today and your driver for some unknown reason refused to leave it on my step or rear deck as is always done. I need it NOW. My address is 1313 Old Ocean City Road Salisbury, MD 21804 Front Door or Back Door. What is wrong with you guys? I always received my packages, they are left and I get them. I do not have a vehicle parked at the church/parsonage but I am here. Please bring my package today, Saturday, April 16th. URGENT.

One of my letters was never delivered to my address. And when I called they gave me the run around that “no one is perfect” are you serious? You work for the post office you are meant to be perfect. How dare you put my mail in another mailbox. You guys need to retrain your employees! Now I need to find my letter! Awful people!

Spoke with maryanne/maryan/ Maryam Usps returned a package that had all correct shipping information, so this entire issue starts with a delivery personnel not paying attention to details. It was a Friday, so extremely evident that this driver was ready to get off and put in no extra work to even read correct information. This package was an engagement ring. The representative was extremely rude, none apologetic, and very combative. This representative gave out false information, offered no assistance in finding a solution to this issue, and has absolutely no de escalation skills. I will be filing complaints on all parties due to lack of professionalism, lack of assistance, incorrect information provided. Waiting for a call back, surprising to me that with USPS being in such a financial hardship that they would treat their customers that way knowing this was an engagement ring. In the middle of a global pandemic customer relations is at the utmost importance, but not to USPS, and especially not to female representative.

Whomever is delivering the mail is either not paying attention, or does know their ABC's. I've tried to tell the post office many times about this. Mail is getting mixed up, and getting put in a different persons box. I don't want my neighbors mail, and furthermore I really would like to receive my own mail. Just today I received two letters, and a package in which belonged to my neighbor. Then I try to call the post office, and you don't have the decency to speak with me on the phone. Many people at this apartment complex are getting each others mail, and it's just ridiculous. Please get it right the first time.

The mail delivery (man), is slid thru the mud to bring a package to the back door of my house. What is wrong with the front door. All other people leave the package there. My driveway is paved to the front of the house. This man goes past that to create a mess 😡 with this post office jeep. I have to go out in the rain and rake down these muddy tracks., This ain't the mud hop. Stay in your god-damned place.

I have a negative review about our postal carrier and the Eden Maryland area I have lived in Eden for 10 years and for almost off and on for the last 10 years my mail goes to a different boxes I have reported it numerous times to the Eden post office and I was told to start calling the Salisbury Post Office to report this I have on several occasions spoke with different supervisors and guess what nothing has changed once again government employees can't do their job right. If this was me at my job I would have lost it a long time ago these postal carriers need to start paying attention where they place the mail and what mailbox

The automated phone system is worse than a joke. Calls are left on hold, then cut off. When an operator is supposed to pick up, they never do, and the call is allowed to be cut off. No concern is given to how critical the nature of a phone call might be. If a robot can't handle the question, tough. Whoever came up with this system should be fired.

YES!!!!! I agree , the automated phone system is the worst. I am having the same problem of calling and put on hold and cut off. I have called for an entire week so that I can make sure no appointment is needed to renew my passport. on the telephone line it states no appointment is need , however I look on line and it states an appointment is needed. Can not get through on the telephone to get a human to assist you , this is really crazy. I am just going to walk in today to get information.

Why can't I get packages that are mailed to me? The city is Fruitland but it never seems to get past Salisbury before saying undeliverable! It needs to get to Fruitland first! My sister has the same issues whenever we try to order on-line.

Is not good with help over the phone at all and first the gave me a slip on my door with a fruit land address and fruit land postal service tells me they must have picked up the wrong slips and the slip never gave me the number so fruit land post office did and then I called the post office and asked the lady if she could see if I got a package and she said wait you got a note on your door and I was like yes you know one of those slips of paper that say sorry we missed you and my item is at the post office and she was like well what's the tracking number and I did not have one and she was like well what's the address and I told her and she said well she's not here and hung up. She didn't even answer the phone professionally. I'm very dissatisfied.
