I have a complaint about my the mailing of cards with money in them, 2 in the last 6 weeks. That have not been delivered. One was local the other out of state. All of my other mail is delivered. I think that these cards are being identified and money is stolen. Not a good feeling about government facility that we should trust. Thanks, Bill

I have tried to no avail to have our mail delivered to the correct apartment. The mail carrier in our area is very rude and will leave the building because she said she is sick and then we have to wait for a replacement mail carrier to come back to deliver the mail which can lead to getting our mail delivered 6-7pm. We have circular's from other apartment communities in our lobby as we speak. We have asked that the circular's be placed in the mail boxes because they do have apartment numbers on them. Never happened. We have complained numerous times to no avail. I have tried to get in touch with the post master and am always told they are in meetings and they never return my calls, if the message have been given to him/her. I have as well as my neighbors have been to the post office to complain and nothing ever happens. We get terrible service here and we never have the same delivery person from one day to the next.

Sent a complaint earlier tonight that we in 21104 have not received mail on 12/17 or 12/19. In addition, I had a package that was out for delivery -- just received a notice that it was left in the mailbox at 10:54 pm - went to the mailbox and it wasn't there. Since this has happened with 2 other packages, I can probably expect it tomorrow -- just wondering where the rest of our mail is! Unacceptable!

I constantly order products from online stores. My mail carrier always knock on my door and drop my package on the ground in front of my apartment door and leave the building before I can answer the door. I have left notes on my door stating please do not leave packages if no one is home. Lately my packages have been getting stolen. I contacted the post office and was told that its the mail carrier job to deliver the package and thats it. The post office is not held liable. This is a big inconvenience trying to get my items replaced or refunded. If someone started making the mail carriers liable, then maybe they would be a little more considerate. It shouldn't be to difficult to take package to rental office or back to post office so we could avoid these issues

The service rendered by my my mail carrier is outstanding. However, I have had to go to the Randallstown post office to report that my mail was delivered to my neighbor and vice versa every time that my regular mail carrier is not on duty. This has taken place for over three years now. My neighbor has gone personally to complain to no avail. I have attempted to call or see the post master, Ms Sheryl Edwards, and I am told that she is in meetings and is never available. My letter carrier is of course aware of this and has placed red tags to alert his colleagues of the issue. I have attempted to address the replacements, and have been rudely addressed. Their lack of professionalism is amazing! At this point, I am beyond frustrating. Postal employees used to be professional, courteous and tool pride in their job. Not at the 21133 post office. Something needs to be done.

I have used this post office several times in the last year and have no complaints. Often the office is crowded but to me it seems they are taking as long as necessary to satisfy each customers needs. I have never observed anyone being discourteous to the customers or one another.

How about having your package delivered to a totally different address not even in your development. Luckily it had to be signed for so the person's name and address were in the tracking document. But now I have to wait for 1-2 days to get it back bc the manager could not contact the mail carrier and now will need to wait until tomorrow to tell her the mistake that was made. *I am beyond pissed because the mistake should have never been made. Clearly it was not my name nor address but it was delivered and signed for. Over $240 worth of product and now I have to pray she didnt open it and go through my stuff.

This office never satisfies me EVER. Carrier never gets on time for pick up services, but these people still have this ridiculously rude attitude about THEIR mistake and irresponsibility. I called this office and this lady who always picks up the phone has me on hold for an hour. I really want some inspection or audit system to rate this office and I really wish and I bet all my neighbors wish USPS hire better trained people who actually know how to work and serve customers properly.This carrier did not come today, but I got this email saying that the pick up service was successful. WTF.
They even falsely report their work??
This office seriously need to hire different people. Their just damaging USPS brand image. I hope USPS would hire smarter people to work there.

I had nothing but issues with this post office. First I filled out a form for mail to be placed on 30 day hold. I come back a week later to be told they have no record of me filling out a hold card. I fill out another one. Next thing I know 3 days later my mail is being delivered to my address. I go back to the post office and ask,'Why am I get mail when I asked it be placed on hold.' I am told well the main mail carrier is on vacation and there is a temporary carrier filling in. Ok makes not a bit of sense! Then I go back to get a P.O. box and 2 of the mail clerks get in to an arguement because neither one wanted to process my application for a P.O. box. I mean the one clerk was loud and irate! They did not care that there were customers inside.The supervisor came out and still had a hard time calming the 1 employee.Extremely unprofessional enviroment!

Went to Randallstown post office today. I stood on line for more half an hour. While the postal worker Donna behind the counter was so busy sending sniping dirty looks to another employee and talking about her to customers that she was barely doing any work at all. The line just got longer and longer . They call out another woman to help organize thing {By now I have been waiting more then 45 minutes}. This woman Farley decides she is going to go through line and pull everyone wanting stamps or money orders and put them in front f everyone else even if they had just walked in. That's is BS. If they wanted to be waited on and out they should have shown up sooner. LIKE I DID!!!!!! I plan to file an official complaint against her on Monday. This Farley woman {I say woman cause she is about as far from a lady as I have ever seen}
anyhow she was probably one of the welfare recipients that bled the system for so long that they trained
her and got job placement so taxpayers could stop paying her way.
You would think the way they keep raising rates they would at least provide descent FAIR customer service!!!!

It is my opinion that my  Randallstown postal carrier(s) is lazy. I believe this to be the second time time the carrier left a notice in my mailbox that they were "unable to deliver" certified mail because no one was here to sign for it.I watched them, from my house, put the notice in my mailbox without ever coming to my door for my signature.I got the notice from the mailbox, signed it and put it back in the mailbox, giving them permission to leave the letter in my mailbox the next day. I watched for the carrier the next few days, retrieving the mail as soon as it was delivered, never receiving the certified letter.
Now a few weeks later, having not received the letter/notice via certified mail, I've had my insurance cancelled/non-renewable due to bankruptcy of the insurer. This has caused a lapse in my coverage which I expect will cause a hefty fine at the MVA.If the carrier had delivered the letter as they were supposed to, I could have averted this problem and wouldn't be facing the fine. ARRGG!I spoke to the new postmaster at the Randallstown USPS branch. He seemed sincerely concerned over this and offered to research the issue in order to keep it from happening again. He didn't, however, offer to pay the fine.
