I was waiting on a package to be delivered today at my house by USPS. I saw the mail truck go by heading to the deal island post office as it always does before starting deliveries around 12:30.I was here looking and waiting until 3:15 pm when I got an update on my phone saying that the postal driver attempted to deliver my package but was unable to!!! I was outside in the front with my granddaughter and niece watching them in the pool at the time this supposedly was attempted to be delivered!!! This is the second time in the last month that this has happened and it is a totally fabricated lie by this delivery driver. I’m in postal code 21821 and it’s the colored man that has done this both times and if a package is attempted to be delivered isn’t there supposed to be a postal notification left in the mailbox at time of attempted delivery???!!! I didn’t get one last time it happened either!! I had to wait 3 days to get it at the actual post office all because this delivery driver is not honest and not doing his job. If I’m not mistaken disrupting the mail service or mishandling of mail is a federal crime!!!! I want answers and I am reporting this to the postmaster as soon as possible.I’ve already tried calling and there’s no answer of course!!

The postmaster at this location by the name of Durrell, goes above and beyond his call of duty he has come out to my residence where there are many mailboxes and if somethings put in the wrong box he will make sure that I get my packages this is happened on three different occasions I am so grateful to have him as a the manager in our town post office. We are so inclined to report ugly behavior but, away I don’t feel the need to report behavior that is outstanding such as this manager.

I sent a bday card to little granddaughter. She never received it bcuz instead of 30532 Black Duck Lane , I printed 3053. There is only ONE Black Duck Lane in Princess Anne MD. The last name of Westawski is hardly a common name. Was there really a need to return her card to us or was it sheer laziness? Unacceptable!

We have had issues with the post master not taking our mail out of our mailbox when the flag is left up, the envelope is filled out, and a stamp is on the envelope. Not satisfied.

I have had dealings with the Princess Anne Post Office for quite a few years. I have had more dealings with them within the last year. The service I have received has been above and beyond whether it's been in the lobby or on the phone. I just spoke with a young lady by the name of Stephanie. She was amazing; extremely helpful. We are so inclined to report ugly behavior but not the type service I just received.

My mail was tampered with before it got to me and i went there to report it and they pretty much didn't take the initiative to even care.

I had to taken off early from work just to try to meet this post office that close time 5pm. How can a public post office close at 5 pm when that the time everyone get off from work. There should be at least one day during the week that this locatioin stay open to meet the public needs that do not get off before 5 pm. I was promise that my mail box lock would be change and I would be albe to get into the box on Friday Nov, 4, 2016. It was NOT done. Just call the local office here in Princess Anne MD to ask when the mail box lock will be change over per Debbie "we are busy, we only have two poeple here working" ., "it may or may not be done today, we only have four or five to do" then she hung up the phone on me! This was so rude and nasty of her and that local to treat a customer. Only four or five mail box lock to change and they can not give a date this month that mail box lock be change over.
