I’m told the port deposit has 15 bins of untracked packages. They further stated current mail has priority and may take two more weeks to get to packages. Is this normal?????

I am wondering if there is a protocol for delivering packages to residents. Since we have gotten a new delivery person my packages have been put on the edge of my covered porch where they are easily seen from the road and exposed to the elements. The preious deliery person, Trish, always put packages up close to the door where they are not so obvious. If there isn't a protocol on how to deliver packages, maybe there should be....not everyone has common sense. Thank you.
