We have been getting our neighbor's mail in our mailbox or our mail in our neighbor's mailbox countless times and we have called before, but nothing has been done about it. It is very infuriating.

The service at this location is not very good. When I moved to town a few years ago, I complained to the post master about the mail boxes on our street being vandalized - battered with an object and filled with firecrackers. The PM merely shrugged and said we should get a PO box. That's a great approach for getting the PO boxes filled, right? Another thing is the town is small enough that you should know most people and so if you have a post office box and mail arrives for your street address after the 6 month forwarding time, why can't they match up the PO Box with the Street address and still give you your mail. This is particularly problematic with the State of MD's MVA which can only send information to a street address, not a PO Box. What the h**l! Being that each resident has a street box in the mail, where the mail is sorted, wouldn't it make sense to put a sticker on the box that matches the PO Box and vice versa? This is purely neglect and laziness. Please USPS fix this issue!!!! Give us better service.

They say our mailbox was full so they kept all of our mail. They leave no letter, no notification or anything. Most unprofessional.

Left a sign on the door to leave our package with a neighbor because we had to leave for family emergency the day before some packages were supposed to be delivered. Came home to find 2 boxes soaked to the point of disintegration sitting on our stoop. Thankfully the contents were wrapped in plastic. The next day, our neighbor gets a package which that PO deliverer put in a plastic bag so it would be fine....on a day it didn't rain.
