I would like to know if the New Windsor post office handles mail for 3182 Vista Court, New Windsor, Maryland. I sent a birthday card to my daughter from Gasburg, Virginia on July 5th. As of today, July 14th, she has not received the card. Are you short staffed? I was told at the Gasburg, Virginia post office that mail goes from their office to Richmond, Va and from there to Maryland. What can you tell me about mail going to Vista Court. Is it delivered every day.? I mailed a card to another daughter in Lancaster, PA the same day, July 5th. She received her card on July 7th. Are you short staffed??? I need to know where this card is. Was it delivered to the wrong address>
