The mail was kinda improving in William's estate's, what's happened. When it does come it's after 8:30 PM. It's horrible

No mail truck since last week in Williams Estates Community. 800 homes. What is going on? Zip 21220

No mail this week. Post office truck came Monday stopped at every mail box and put nothing in any box or picked nothing from any box.

Mail MISS delivery is a big problem in our neighborhood. Packages are delivered to the wrong addresses and you have to run all over the neighborhood trying to find where the package was delivered. These Carriers can’t read addresses or they are in such a hurry to finish their routes they miss deliver mail and packages. I use informed delivery so I can see what mail I DON’T RECEIVE. It still doesn’t help. I am very frustrated, and I am not the only one. My package was delivered to an individual on 6/18/21 but that individual wasn’t me. I tried calling the middle River post office and got no answer. I called the 800 number and got a ridiculous menu over and over again. No option for miss delivered packages.

I fail to understand how a postal employee can just ride by your mailbox when the red flag is up noting there is mail there to be picked up. Doesn't matter if I'm getting mail or not. They should be picking up my mail. This happens on a regular basis and is quite annoying. It's not like they have to get out of their vehicle, all they have to do is stop at the mailbox and grab the mail. This is why people's mail doesn't get delivered on time. They can't even bother to pick it up. I can see from other posts that this branch doesn't respond to phone calls and obviously to any posts from their customers. Mail service these days is pathetic!!!!!

I keep getting other peoples mail instead of my own. Mail I know should have been delivered just keeps showing delays. I am concerned that if I am getting other peoples mail, who is getting mine?! Trying to call the post office is a complete joke.

My package has been sitting in your PO since May 21, it is now the 28th. I need this package ASAP!

I have tracked my medication to a Postal facility in Middle River, MD. It has been there since 05/07/2021, Today is 05/26/2021. I am desperate for my meds and they are stuck somewhere. I cannot get any answers. I need help.

It's apparent that none of the employees working (?) in this PO live in 21220 or nearby. If they did, I'm sure they wouldn't put up with the total failure of this office to deliver mail timely and even daily. Oh Yea, have you ever tried to call this outfit? Close it down and transfer the services to the Chase PO where the work daily and deliver timely and answer the phones.

Either we do not receive mail at all in our court or it comes extremely late after 7pm. Can this be addressed please? Development: The Commons at White Marsh Addresses: Vimy Court

why is my mail coming after 7pm every day? this is not acceptable for me. I will notify the main office. we live on windward way. please fix this problem. thank you.

We miss Brenda. Please let her know she is deeply missed. Hope she enjoying tcm and snacks, but she was the best mail lady and no one will ever match up.

ON 11/23/2018 the postal carrier left a package on top of my mailbox, which was to small to contain the package. The mailbox is attached to a fence facing the road. Anyone driving by my mailbox could have taken the package. The package should have been left on my porch or a note should have been left for me to pick my package up at the Post office. I have reported this to the manager at Wilson Point PO twice this year in person. Evidently this is a policy of the PO because it keeps happening. In the future if the driver does not want to leave the vehicle please instruct them to leave a note in my mailbox. I have no problem picking the package at the PO. The driver's behavior reflects badly on Wilson Point PO. The PO is a business not a charity. As a customer I expect better service.

I can always tell who is on this route. If it is Brenda I get all the packages and mail that the other lady is too lazy to deliver. Ms Brenda is the best! I don't know who the other woman is the only time I ever saw her get out of the truck she was talking to her friend on a headset loudly not noticing me beside her and let the building door go to shut right in my face. She just kept laughing and cursing on her phone like she was at home in her living room instead of working a federal job! It was offensive!

On Friday, September 21, 2018 postal services was not provided in the neighborhood of Chase Manor Townhomes.

We get other people’s mail and packages frequently! We should be on the payroll getting them to neighbors!i have had companies say things were delivered but didn’t come to my house! We have had packages opened guess to see if it’s something they wanted!

On 7-11-18, I sent a birthday card to my friend at 434 S. Gilmor St in Baltimore, MD 21223. The card contained a $20 bill as a gift. As of today, 7-18-18 she still has not received it. When I inquired at my post office in Middle River, I was greeted by a worker with a mouthful of gum who told me I should have had her sign for it. I should have paid $7 to ensure that somebody actually got to the correct address! I have been sending and receiving cards all of my 74 years and have never had to sign for any of them. I guess that's a pretty good average, but I'm out $20 that I can ill afford. This woman eats at a soup kitchen so she can feed the stray cats and dogs in her very bad area.

I live in Florida. Sent a package to Susquehanna Ave. Tracking number 9274897641951181392121. Says it was delivered 11/27/17. Today is 12/8/17. Recipient has not gotten the package. Where do we go from here. Package was sent from Belk Department Store. Christmas gift!!

My Mail Always Comes After 5. When our old Mail Lasy Came it was about 1130. And she always Have a Smile.. Can we Please get our Mail before 5pm.. When everything is CLOSED ALREADY

I visited this post office yesterday to mail a package to my sister in Alaska.  I had the pleasure of meeting Loretta who went above and beyond to make sure I received the best value.  She not only helped me with my package she was very helpful to other patrons.  Loretta is a huge asset to the postal service.  It was a great and unusual experience to meet such a wonderful, helpful, friendly postal employee.
