March 1, 2022, I sent certified important documents to 115 Oakway Road, never received, have blank green card returned, and I am desperate for help. There is none. It is now March 21, 2022. This post office lost this important (irreplaceable) package although USPS said they delivered it to an individual. I am sick.

I never get my TV Guide on time anymore. The one that was suppose to be here before June 20th still has not arrived. We are due for the next two week one the end of this week. Why are they not being delivered. The service leaves a lot to be desired!

Today, I had a senior moment and when putting my mail in the outside mailbox, I accidentally included a bank envelope with cash in it. I was very fortunate to realize my mistake and call the post office immediately. The people, especially Ronnie, at the post office were so kind and helpful to retrieve my funds. I really appreciate everyone's efforts. Again, thank you.

If the USPS is training its employees in rudeness, then I say, "Well done!" I dealt with a person about a lost/missing package twice today and he could not have been more unpleasant. Between UPS Mail Innovations and the Timonium Post Office, my package was lost and somehow it is my fault according to the postal worker.

My entire street, Greenspring Drive, had no mail delivery or pick-up. This has happened every time our regular postal carrier is not delivery the mail. When trying to call the number for the Lutherville Postal Office, no one answers it. You can't get a supervisor or anyone. This is not the first time we have not had mail service. I only thought it was me, but talking with the residents on the street, they all have had the same experience. Why is there no mail service?

I called this PO about a package that was being mailed to me at my old address, asking to have it forwarded to my current address. While I understand that they may not be able (most likely not willing) to forward it, the person I spoke with was very rude and kurt. He was not very friendly at all.

This post office - without a doubt - is the WORST ever.. I happened to take my sister -in-law to pick up her mail on 10/20/17 as it was being held. When we arrived around 3:30PM, the lobby area was completely full with one clerk assisting patrons. The individual requesting service had no idea how or what she required; the clerk just spoke in a monotone - you need such and such.. Meanwhile, another clerk came to assist the 20+ people waiting in line and then he disappeared as quickly as he arrived. The older woman in front of us - her face flushed - stated "If I pass out please call 911" It was so hot in the lobby, no place to sit, and over crowded. I then suggested that she get some fresh air and we would hold her place. After about 1 hour we were waited on. The clerk misread the ID presented and returned with someone else's mail.... which we refused. Also, during this time, I knocked on the "Lobby Managers" door and no response. The clerk that had left was seen in the back - I requested him to please request the manager. Everyone clapped and continued to state that the service at this PO is horrible, always crowded and understaffed. However, this is the only PO that one can go to as this is the only PO for Mays Chapel...Eventually a young man opened the Lobby Manager's Door - He stated he was NOT the manager only a supervisor. He stated "everyone knows that this PO is understaffed and he can't do anything about it. That everyone should write to the Postmaster Brad Johnson ." Well Mr. Brad Johnson- if it is not a made up name - take care of your customers - we pay your salary. Most of the individuals in the lobby within a 2 hour timeframe - 3 - 5PM - were over the age of 55 & required more assistance then was provided. If you can't have the man power, you can control the air flow and cleanliness of the HVAC return in the lobby. It appears that it has not been cleaned or filter changed for at least a couple of years. This is a health hazard and needs correction. Upon leaving, the older women who requested us to call 911 if she passed out - was returning from the outside. She stated she felt better and was returning for the 8th time regarding a Certified letter that no one has been able to assist..... I assisted her to the front of the line and requested immediate assistance for her. Why is this PO in such disarray? What would it take to hire more clerks or the one's there move a little more quickly. I would appreciate a response.

Why can't you stop my mail for vacation stops. Four times in a row you have not done so. I asked the post deliverer and he said to use the internet rather than the yellow card and the last two times we used the internet and still you refuse to hold our mail. The neighbors have checked and you have delivered Mail for 8 days after we requested that you hold it. PLEASE STOP OUR MAIL PER OUR INSTRUCTIONS. This is very dangerous to leave our mail in the mail box for four weeks.
Please reply and we will give you our address. This is irresponsible and unacceptable.
Thank you
