This is the worst post office in the US. We have received mail 2x in the last 3 weeks. What is going on?

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by the local post office on March 7 at 4:35. It says in the tracking information that the package was received by an individual but no one was home at that time. I have the tracking number.

I have tried to call for 2 days. I did not get my package. The post office said it was delivered at 3:45 on Wednesday the 16th it did not come to my house I had the door open I have a large front porch I cannot find the package the numbers are9374869903501954439534

This is a very nice post office and convenient location for me but they are usually closed when I drive by as they are only open 9-5. I wish this location had a stamp machine in the lobby so people could by stamps after hours. I needed a stamp for an important letter and I had to drive to a grocery store to buy stamps.
