I put in a change of address back in November 2022 from 7206 Fair Oak Dr Hanover, MD to 7032 Ingrahm Dr Glen Burnie, MD we are still not getting our mail like we should. Example: on May 06 0f this year we had three pieces of mail which had our old address on it today is May 19th still haven't received the may which was dated 06 May. Today it happen again, the mail in which I saw we were suppose to get that went to the old address, we only received one letter when we had two pieces of mail! This is really ridiculous! What make it really bad, is that the people who work there can't give you a good reason why this is happening! I need some answers!

On Saturday, July 9th I visited the Hanover location. The postal worker, employee 50, was very rude. I walked in at 12:20 and she tells us (several customers) that we need to hurry up and we don’t have much time. I tell her that she doesn’t have to be rude and we have seven minutes, it is not 12:23. No one was doing an elaborate transaction just mailing something. I understand people coming in when the store is about to close but she didn’t have to be rude. Employee 50, not sure of her name, proceeded to talked about me to another customer because I told her that she doesn’t have to be rude. Her demeanor was terrible. She wasn’t even aware of how to mail my item either. I was mailing to a military base in US and she tried to make me fill out a form. The item was also a PO Box. She didn’t know which one was the address and which was the addressee. Unless its an emergency I will not be returning to this location because of her. The week before I came around the same time and Jim was there. He was extremely nice to everyone even though the store was about to close.

Have not received mail in a week. The mail I did get was my next door neighbors mail and it's not the first time I've received their mail.

Haven't received mail since last Tuesday. No one is answering the phones at this branch. Where is our mail. It's been about one week since we've had mail delivered to our community. Update - Elkridge location answered and said,"That can't be possible". This is a joke. The customer service is horrible and again it's been one week since mail has been delivered to our community.

Saturday at 11:45 customer is standing at window packing boxes. Clerk stands watching instead of making him take them into the lobby to pack. Line getting long. No wonder you are losing business.

Showed up at 9:17 on Friday, September 22 and the Post Office is closed. A gentleman inside the lobby told me around 10 people have left. It is not a holiday and I'm wondering why the post office is closed. There is no sign saying why it is closed and no explanation posted. A woman just pulled up and when I told her the post office is closed she told me that this is happened a couple times here so she will go to the Jessup post office.
