The mail on main st. has gotten 100% worst in the last few weeks. We get other people's / companies mail on a daily basics. We get other people bringing our mail because it was put in the wrong box. We've had open mail along with mail that was halfway gone. Basically, half a letter. One day last week they just put everyone's fliers in my box. It's bad. Is it asking too much for them to just do their job?

I spent two hours trying to contact the post office over the phone and no one answered and not even voice mail option. My family member is in my care and they did not receive their monthly SSI check and this happens at least twice a year. The last time i went to the office about this issue they treated me with disrespect blaming the prob on covid and i asked then how is it that my neighbors got their SSI check who live two houses down from me and my family member didn't get their SSI check? The postal worker got nasty to me after that but the very next day after i made the complaint the SSI check magically got to my address. This tells me they are low quality and do not deserve their job position and should be working at fast food joints. I dread having to visit the post office tomorrow but it must be done.

This is almost like mine but some of the usps employees are thieves. Watch out for usps thieves.

Even during open hours they do not answer phones and going in person they act like they have no brain. Seriously, made a request twice and they never followed through. Adore my carrier, Rochelle is a gem, but the office is filled with incompetent boobs!

The Hampstead, md post office , I don't understand how a post office can be so bad. My mail is delivered to my neighbors and I receive mail that is not mine. Just this month it has happened 4 times!!!. There is no excuse for this. The mail man on my route drives too fast and just does not care. My friends from Hampstead all talk about how bad it is. Don't you have any pride? And when I go to the post office they are rude. I will now have to report this to the county commissioners.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst post office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My packages get delivered to my neighbors houses constantly. We receive neighbors mail and they receive ours. When we call to find where they dropped our packages off, the employees are rude as hell, I’ve been hung up on numerous times and when I try to call back no one answers. It is absolutely disgusting the lack of customer service this place has.

I understand covid 19 and Christmas caused a slow down in mail delivery. Now however, mail is simply not being delivered. We have sent checks to pay bills, and they have not arrived even after 3 weeks. Mail is just not being delivered.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Hampstead Post Office today. Keep in mind, this is during the COVID-19 outbreak that the post office is taking "extreme measures" to prevent spread. I was mailing an envelope out that I just purchased inside and I handed her everything and she gave it back saying it needed to be sealed. I politely asked if she could tape it and her response was, " we aren't giving things out" so she had me LICK the envelope that she was just TOUCHING and that was just on the counter. This woman should be absolutely ashamed of herself. I highly recommend making the drive to a different post office because I will not be returning.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the mail delivery. I live in the Fields Condominiums on Woodsman Drive and I frequently get the mail of my neighbors delivered to my box. Obviously this leads me to be concerned about how much of my mail has ben delivered to the wrong address. Can someone please try to address this issue? This week alone I had six pieces of mail put into my mailbox that were addressed to someone else. Thank you for your attention to this.
