The Crofton Post Office is a friendly and courteous business. Every time I go there, the employees are friendly and helpful and efficient. I have never heard an unkind word there. I always recommend the Crofton Post Office to others. Thank you!!!

Chris from the Crofton, MD post office was beyond helpful with locating and holding a package that I sent to a clients old address! Thank you!

A prior resident of my home moved out, put in a change of address, and now all of my mail is going to her address. It has been over two weeks and the issue has yet to be rectified. I do not know if I will ever get all of my mail. Honestly, I may get a post office box in another area and hope that I get my mail again. Service at the Crofton post office has been going down over the past three years. And, yes content of mail is often disturbed.

Please update the self service kiosk for packages. I have had way too many packages returned for insufficient postage. It is incredibly frustrating especially when packages are going to clients. I don't mind going in but like the convenience of going anytime, not just during hours.

Yes, yes indeed......they are all idiots. Friendly but idiots nonetheless. Writing an email explaining a problem you are having does no good. You will receive an email back saying how sorry the post office is that you are having a problem. Paid employees or puppets with a hand up their butt. Both are about the same, sad to say. Dear Crofton P.O. I'm sorry that you are the Crofton P.O.

What good is it to advise the Crofton, MD post office to do a "HOLD" mail request when the postal carriers repeatedly ignore the HOLD. This is the third time I have come home from being away and the mailbox is spewing my mail and I can barely pull the mail out of the box. ARE THEY IDIOTS????
