Very rude elderly female clerk at this location, do NOT go here. I will not go here again. My husband and I called ahead to make sure we had everything we needed for our passports (she already sounded rude on the phone but we brushed it off thinking maybe she was just busy). Got to the location and she was manically humming the whole time and ignoring our questions and although we were the only two people in the place she made us repeat every question twice as though she didn't hear us the first time - I assume because of her psycho humming. And although we had asked on the phone prior to coming in what exactly we needed we went through the whole process and at the end she told us we needed separate checks (one for each passport application). We explained that we only brought one check and would need to quickly run home for a second one. I then noticed she would be mailing in both applications together in the same envelope so when I innocently and politely ask "Oh they're being mailed in together? Then are you sure we can't pay together?" And she did a really big sigh and said "You can call the state department and ask them yourselves. They make the rules, not us, so if you have a question you can ask them." To which I replied "Whoa, I was just asking a question, no need get upset at me." And she started saying "You can leave" over and over.... like the rude derailed person she was. And this little review can't even accurately portray all of the little snippets and faces and sighs she was doing during the 15 minutes of her time we took up. Every single mannerism from the time she came to the front counter was confrontational and made it very clear to us that she didn't appreciate having customers interrupt her day. This woman should NOT be in position of public service and I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to this location.

Extremely discourteous clerk. Do not bother trying to obtain passport help here. You are better off driving the distance to another facility.
