We have had multiple credit cards intercepted and never received from this post office in the mail. Each time our cards are being activated unlawfully and used at various sams clubs etc in Maryland for hundreds of dollars! It’s beyond ridiculous at this point!

Our mail was being held last week. During that time, two packages were delivered and left by our mailbox down by the street. It was raining. This is pretty lousy service. They were FedExSurePost deliveries.

I was expecting a package today and when I went to the mailbox at 5pm (that’s when we usually get our mail delivered) I saw my package sticking out of the door on the box. The package was not only too large to fit in the mail box length wise but it was too large in general to fit. I almost pulled the mailbox off of its mounting trying to get it out of the box. If the package is too large for the box my house is only a minute away from the mailbox location. The USPS has increased its business by delivering more packages over the last years but apparently can’t do it very well. If the damn package won’t fit in the box deliver it to my house instead of leaving it sticking out of the box on Falls Rd, where everyone driving by can see it?

The Cockeysville/Hunt Valley Post Office has got to be the WORST location I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! For over 3 years we have had to deal with late deliveries, if we get any at all, mail delivered to the wrong address and an extremely rude Post Master and Assist. Post Master. Now, to day I was expecting a delivery, the tracking states that it was Delivered In/At Mailbox at 3:49 PM. Well guess what! The package was NOT delivered In/At my mailbox and it's Saturday and no one to call! This location needs to be staffed with an adequate Post Master and enough staff for the job to be properly. Past complaints have stated that the location was "short staffed" and evidently has been for 3+ years!

I need information on the lease for this property at 115 Wight Ave. I do not see its listing as leased property by the USPS

Dear Postmaster, Councilman Wade Kach received the following message below from a constituent, Elizabeth Neal concerning postal service. Would you be so kind as investigate this situation for the Councilman. Thank you, Joanne Kozak Legislative Assistant Third District Baltimore County Council Dear Councilman Wade Kach, I need assistance with a concern about our postal service. Since after Christmas our mail has been very inconsistent. We have not received bills and correspondence from family and friends. Many days there is no delivery or the truck comes around 7pm, or later. On several occasions the trucks are not official US Postal trucks, but rental type vehicles. I talked to the manager at the Cockeysville branch on Tuesday, January 16 about my concerns. He listened and said he would 'flag' our address. I shared that we have not been away or had mail held. He was unaware that delivery was coming late in the evening. I also talked to one of the carriers this week who was delivering mail after 7 pm. He was not supportive or helpful and said there were no issues he was aware of. I asked him his name and he said he was not allowed to give me his name. The issues have continued this week and there is no improvement. I am at a loss as to how to get assistance. We have lived here for 28+ years and never had these issues. I am concerned about receiving important tax items in the next few weeks. I would appreciate your guidance and direction as to how to improve the quality mail service we have experienced. Warm regards, Liz Neal 9 Silversage Court Cockeysville, MD 21039 Cell: 410-236-7731 Home: 410-584-8292
