I was supposed to receive a package on the 29th in the mail and it was supposedly “delivered” in the mailbox. I went to check,no package, so i went up to the post office and the man said that the guy put the package in the mailbox but ours was “full” so he couldnt put it in there. Im wondering why he didnt put it in a box and leave the key in the mailbox not that it was full, moving on i was told that he would put it in our box today. The mail hasnt came AT ALL today nobody on my street has gotten their mail….. its always an issue with the mail i dont understand why im really confused.

The Clinton Post Office is delivering the wrong mail to people in my community for Kastle Estate. Several times now people have return my personal mail to me opened (because it was delivered to other people) instead of me. Also, I have received my neighbors mail several times now and had to walk to each house and return their mail to the correct person. This is unacceptable and also considered a (Federal Offense) when opening up other peoples mail (because the Clinton Post Office delivered it incorrectly). This has been been reported by several people in my community at our Monthly Board meetings. Why is this happening? What is going on that we can no longer trust (The Clinton Post Office) with our personal mail, private bills, personal health insurance information that other neighbors are receiving instead of the correct recipients. Ms. Washington

The worst post office in PG county. Patrick and Michelle have been very unprofessional regarding a matter that had everything to do with their mistake. I paid $70 to have a package delivered by noon to my home in Clinton. If the package wasn’t received by noon I was entitled to a refund via usps. However the delivery guy must’ve known that he would be in trouble or it would fall on him because once he delivered my package at 1:03pm, he edited the time to say 11:59am in the tracking system. I’ve called the office in Clinton and spoke with Michelle to explain what happened. She then transfers the call to her manager named “Patrick” who vouched for knowing that my package didn’t arrive until 1:03pm, due to the driver having car trouble. I then explain that unfortunately that’s no issue of mine, I paid for express shipping for a reason. He said the driver put the incorrect time because under normal circumstances he would’ve been there on time. What kind of nonsense is going on at this post office. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Patrick didn’t give me his last name, but I will be calling corporate. USPS will not get away with this!

Carrier failed to get a signature for certified mail, which happen to be divorce papers. No one is taking responsibility. They're insisting that the carrier did no such thing, but I have proof. Now, I dont have any options. I cant get a divorce without proof of papers being served. I was told "I dont know what to tell you" by Patrick (refused to offer last name)

I am getting tired of the postal delivery person being too lazy to bring a package to the house and instead STUFFING it into the mailbox. It just took me 15 minutes of pushing and pulling to get the package out!!! Thankfully nothing inside was damaged, but if it had been, the Clinton Post Office would have been the ones who paid that bill. Surely the delivery person knows that there is a metal lip all the way around the front of the box which means that even if they, in their time of sloth, can shove the package in from the back, you cannot pull the package out from the front! This is not the first time and, unfortunately, I have a feeling this will not be the last. And the Postal Service wonders why no one has any sympathies for them when they complain. If they would just do their job properly in the first place, it would be so much easier for everyone. I can always tell when the regular person isn't working that day because the mail gets delivered the way it should be: packages are brought to the house and only the letters and other flexible items are placed in the mailbox. I've complained about this before. Obviously nothing was done and nothing will ever be done.

Dear Friends, I put down Clinton's zip code by mistake on my package to Pennsylvania. Mrs. Shelton in the Clinton Post Office went above and beyond to find this package and take the necessary steps to get it on its way to the eager recipient. She was professional and pleasant, and I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Merry Christmas to all of you there in Clinton. Patricia

What needs to be done in order to get mailboxes replaced on Birchview Drive in Clinton, Maryland. The mailboxes are "rusting" which are making them weak. The mailboxes are wobbly and makes the development look terrible.

I called this location to find out why my Priority Mail package was not delivered on the day it was supposed to, and when it would be redelivered. Only one delivery attempt was made on 12/22/2017 which is two days after it was supposed to be delivered. I was told I had to come pick it up. They would not redeliver it. The business where the package was being sent was closed on Friday. Common sense would tell them to deliver it another day.

Per documentation a package from FedEx a package was delivered to your location and you were to deliver it to me. Well as of this date I have not received it. The FedEx Tracking number is 728386445480 and the package is coming from Women Within. The date of delivery was 4/07/2017. I think the delivery was left at another 6913 address in my development. There's one on Northgate Parkway; one on Groveton and my address 6913 Crafton Lane. Any help you can render to help me find my package will be greatly appreciated! Thank You.

Very dissatisfied. Never have I had a package go missing from any other mail or package deliverer. Only this post office seems to have problems delivering my packages. First my home address, then my office address both in Clinton. A disgrace, maybe its time we went over the local person in charges head to get things straightened out.

I have never had so many problems in my life with a post office. This is the 3rd package i haven't received. I'm going to have my mail sent somewhere else. I put big numbers on my mailbox so it's obvious but the post office still gets it wrong. How is that even possible?
