I have gone to the Clarksburg post offfice twice because they keep stuffing my package in my small mailbox. I have complained 2 times and today I had another package pushed in and my order inside was ruined! Someone needs to look into this terrible service. NothIng is being done and I spoke to the man in charge!

I tried to enter this Clarksburg branch on a walker. The automatic doors beat me up, all four of them. They don't stay open a full 2 seconds. Then, on a walker I had to stand in line because they don't even have a stamp machine. This was a very bad idea on my part. I won't do business here again!

Can you check on a certified mailed envelope tracking number 70160600000081838305. It was mailed a week ago from Lynchburg, Va. It was sent to a Allstate Insurance processing center near you in Clarksburg.

Hi, the "review" portion of this message is that the phone number listed above seems to be perpetually busy. I do have a delivery issue which I would like to discuss, however, and I'm hopeful that the individual reading this may be able to forward my request to someone who can help me. The email address I have provided is the best way to contact me. In a nutshell, I wish to request a change in the location for my package deliveries. Packages too bulky to fit in the NDCBU are often left in back of my house. My preferred location is to deliver them to my front door. Thanks for any help that you can provide.

An appointment is no longer necessary for passport renewal - they operate on a walk-in / first-come-first-serve basis only.

Man at the front desk was unbelievably rude- very abrupt, rolling his eyes, and almost hostile in conversation.
