I am not getting my Amazon book packages. Amazon's tracking, check updates states "customer request package to pick up" This is FALSE. In the past the Post Office delivery my packages directly to my door. I never told the post office to hold my Amazon packages, I paid for this service and I expect the Post Office to fulfill their responsibility!!!! I don't even get a notice from Amazon the book is being held by the Post Office. the post Office does not notify me, either. This is wrong with both organizations!

Chestertown location has totally screwed up my mail delivery for the last few months. I have gone in on 3 different occasions to try to straighten it out to no avail. I have had packages returned for no good reason. I have had large checks floating around as well as income tax papers. Totally disgusted with this branch!

Package woes, my package was left in front of my garage, in the pouring rain. When discovered it was literally soaked thru. There was a hard bound book and electronic device in it. Book is ok, not sure of device. I have a covered front porch. Not ok with this.

I usually have no problems with the postal service but since the holiday season has arrived my packages seem to get put anywhere that seems convenient. Bottom steps? Sure. Garage door? Why not. Front door? Unlikely. It's like an easter egg hunt every time I come home. Please try to stick to the front door.

I was in the post office on Saturday morning. The clerk named Carrie was very condescending & disrespectful to her coworkers. Sorry to witness this behavior.
