I will have to say I have been trying to call with no answer, I have been hours on the USPS website trying to track a package, it was retuned to Charlotte Hall PO I tried to reschedule it for delivery but the form will not go through as I get an error that says my address does not match the original package address ( I mean how different can it be? They tried to deliver it and left a notice. I didn’t get that notice because I live in s basement apartment! I was contacted by the company I ordered from, it’s overseas and takes a month to get here, now they w t to send the package back,,, really? What kind of craziness is this? Please hold my package until I can pick it up!!! Your system does not work! I called I email and I tried 10 times on line to reschedule!!’ This should not be this hard and honestly I have received this type of package many times priviously with no problems like no authorized recipient available bull crap! What the hell Charlotte Hall .,. You must do better! Maybe answering the phone could be a good step in the right direction! Do not return my package! Jill M McDonagh 12660 Norwood Dr

I DON'T CARE IF THE EMPLOYEES SEE IT, THEY NEED TO - NOW TWO OF MY PACKAGES ARE IN TRANSIT ??? ONE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE 12/05/2020 STILL NOT THERE ONE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE 12/17/2020 NOT THERE , FUNNY THING BOTH ARE STAYING IN THE HELL HOLE STATE OF MARYLAND . ONE ON THE WAY TO OHIO IS ON TIME NO DELAY!!!!!!!!!!!!WTH IS WRONG WITH THE POST OFFICE HERE

I am a person with a underline condition; and I was surprised when I went to the post office in Charlotte Hall and I had on my mask and they did not; I am very concerned about this that I am not sure if I would return back to that post office. Please let them know it is to protect us from their gems and our mask is to protect them from our gems; this is what helps from spreading the COVID-19 virus this is not safe for the community

Why are the employees not wearing masks? We wear masks to protect them how about giving us the same consideration. Plus they are not socially distancing from one another.
