An elderly female postal worker at the Charlestown Post Office 241 Market St, Charlestown, MD 21914, sent back over two dozen packages of donated cat food that people have donated for my rescue cats over the past 5 months. All orders were shipped from Amazon. Her reason that she told a customer who was there to pick up my packages is that there's not enough space in the office for them and she didn't want to lift them so she refused them. Every person that donated contacted me and said their orders were refused. If this woman cannot do her job then she should quit or be fired. She has a very nasty and poor attitude and she says she doesn't want to lift packages. I've lost over several hundred dollars in donations and I am very angry about it. Please investigate. Thank you.

The elderly lady seems like she is the only one who works there. I can understand it probably sucks but I have dealt with her quite a few times and had same issue as described with the poor attitude. She isn’t always this way.
