Postal Locations

Absolutely ridiculous to have a government agency that refuses to answer the telephone to assist its customers. It must be policy since most of the reviewers have made the same angry comments.

Horrible. No one answers. Called 15 times at various points in the day. Can’t get anyone to answer a phone. What’s the point in listing a number if no one answers

I am totally angry and very frustrated with the postal service. Called the Lanham MD office 4 times - let it ring between 15 - 20 times... eventually it changed into being busy. I called Brentwood main office...… it rang over 20 times and nothing happened. I called the US POstal Service...….. after dozend answers where to push what button I finally had a chance to ask for custo. service. THeir answer - and I tried trhee times- your waiting time will be up to one hour. What kind of business do you run? On top of it, the postage is going up, again.... PRAISE to the office on Hannover - could be Greenbelt, MD - bless them, they are the only ones who answered. I promised to go there and bring them a cake. Totally ticked off Christine Hambach

they are no good they never answer phones or call people back when they leave voice mail

Worse service ever. The ladies are rude and mean. Never pick up the phone either
