Postman on his little jeep failed to deliver a package to my home. He put it on top of the mailbox rather than delivering it to my front door or to my garage door. I have a ring camera and I caught him doing that. I also have a video of my trying to get him to stop on his return to across the street and he ignored me so I’d like to report him to somehow get him to stop doing that that all the invites those what are they called porch the observer porch pirates to do what they do and make it easy for them don’t be civil service get paid to deliver a package where the homeowner designates something is not right I know this guy could be too busy, but the hell it’s not a far distance from my mailbox to my front door or my garage door.

Handed stop mail request 4 days before request to hold mail. Mail has still been delivered all week. Had to put in new request through usps main wen site. Telephone calls x3 (20 rings) - no answer!!

The supervisors at the Glenn Dale and other locations worked extra to find my miss-sent package and move it on to the correct zip code. Thank you, thank you!

I have been expecting a letter from North Carolina that was mailed on 12-20-20 has still has not arrived. There is no excuse for this. I contacted the Bowie Post Office and there reply was....our mail is at the warehouse & they don't have the manpower to get it delivered to the individual post offices. My reply to them is.....why don't you hire additional staff as I'm certain there are numerous individuals that would appreciate a job. This is unacceptable!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE !!! I was expecting a paycheck from an employer . It did not arrive . A month later I received an email from employer saying it was returned as undelivered ! I have lived in the same address for 12 years and the house has been here since 1968. PATHETIC does not even begin to cover it ! They are so incompetent

May 2019, I made a request for a Mail Forwarding. For this service to be possible, I had to paid few dollars online....although, this is nothing to me. However, an adult male guy who was a USPS package handler between May 2019 and March 2020 was responsible, on time, and never had any mail missing or issue. Recently, it is ridiculous seeing number of mails missing, as well as receiving unknown mails in my USPS mail box. Also, few days ago, I had to returned mails that are not mine and hoping that this would helps the new USPS package mail handler heard the message I was passing across. The guy picked then up and left new unknown mails in my mail box. USPS should employ serious minded individuals to handle this aspect of the job or be ready to train these guys. Thanks!

Trying to locate a package that says accepted at Bowie Post Office on July 2, 2020. As of July 8, 2020; package not received. Can someone assist with the location of my package. THX.

My wife and I have lived in Bowie (MD) for fifty years and have always had excellent service from the Bowie-Laurel Road Post Office. Many thanks.

A package was supposedly received a package on February 22nd and it was not in my box...and can't speak to a live person to give the tracking number I got .

Why does the the post office close at 1200 on Saturdays and 1700 during the week except Friday when they close at 1400? People have to work - normal business hours for most people are from 0900 to 1700 - the only time to go to the post office is Saturday and Sunday and they close on Saturday at noon and don't reopen until Monday.

I called to check on my package that was scheduled for redelivery on 02/16/2019, its now 02/22/2019 and the package has NEVER arrived, the last movement on it was 02/14/2019. I called the Bowie MD location on Laurel Bowie Road, the one that services my location and I explained my reasoning for calling to the lady that answered the phone. She did not get my tracking info or anything and placed me on hold and sat the phone down. I am still holding after 36 minutes so far and can hear her and another associate talking. I am now on hold with the corporate office on my other phone! RIDICULOUS! This was a very expensive package! I am furious with USPS! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Sick and tired to see your Mail delivery Persons talking on their cell phones while delivering mail and not paying attention to their work by delivering mail and packages to wrong addresses, even street addresses If this would happen on an private enterprise hey would be FIRED for stealing company time.....

Very bad experience Very bad customer service I had a package going back and forth for days then i had it showing as attempted to leave but no secure location is available Funny thing it was a phone cover in an envelop so there was no way for that to happen I went to that office But I ended up wanting for more than an hour I guess the supervisor was on the “mcdonald”clock Very bad service and very bad experience

Worst postal service ever. I was expecting an online purchase to be delivered yesterday to my locked mailbox. It never arrived. However, it was scanned in by Bowie USPS as "delivered ". Called Bowie post office for 2 hours straight. Over 10 times, line remains busy.

Neighbor brought my PASSPORT! to me today after finding it on the ground by our community post boxes. Imagine if the mail carrier had his PASSPORT with PERSONAL INFORMATION left on the ground. How would he feel? How can our mail carrier be so careless. This is the same mail carrier that we have met with the postmaster on about wrong mail being delivered, rubber bands and trash thrown on ground by mail boxes, and leaving mail boxes open. NOTHING has been done to rectify the problem. Can someone of authority please do something about mail service in Fairwood.

Waited on line for 45 minutes. Rep came on line long enough for me to say what I wanted the said hold on. Off line never came back another picked up and asked if this was about passport said no he left line and never came back on line . Total time speaking to someone probably 2 minutes. Never got issue resolved. Finally hung. Called back line busy. Really people what happened to good customer service. Still waiting for certified letter that they only attempted to deliver once. Left slip sign in mailbox so they could leave . Took slip no mail. That was Thursday this is Tuesday.

I personally HAND delivered my "hold Mail" cd. They did not hold my mail. You would think the mail courier would have noticed my mail box was full and checked to see if I had a hold mail cd on file.

Been to post office to make them aware of wrong deliveries to my house. Same house number different street left mail in box, flag up and carrier still leaves mail in box? Today after another wrong delivery caught the carrier, her response was just leave it in the box and put flag up. I did that in the past she never picked it up had to take mail to post office speak to a supervisor, post master not available as always. Two days later another wrong delivery, wonder where my mail is going these days already missed one bill that I know of last month.

I'm tired of the Mail people not getting out their trucks to deliver the mail. We have limited drive way space and sometimes our cars HAVE to be parked in front of the mail box. Why are you guys so LAZY! It's your job to deliver the mail! There should not be an issue of getting out your car to put mail in the box! I'm so tired of expecting mail and you guys being so lazy! Don't apply for a job like that and be lazy! I'm so pissed off at you . It's Bowie MD not deep in the city Chicago! You're not gonna die from getting out of the truck as giving me my mail! Lose your attitude and your laziness!

Northridge Bowie neighbors! Here on Quill Point Drive for mailboxes at 8200 Quill Point Drive the mail carrier has not delivered ANY mail to residents in the past 10 business days! Isn't there a law against that?!
