I did a change of address for my elderly dad because family was taking his checks. It was supposed to be a permanent change only did some of his mail and I still have mail missing. Can’t get anyone to talk to me about this. Now they still delivering the mail to my dad. Family is also opening private mail of my dads. Very very disappointed. They also charged me to do the change.

I have entered my new address it is saying found but I need a apt/suite #. I put my apt. in but it won't let me continue. I live above a business. What do I need to do to proceed? Thank you Tammy
