This place is so annoying, during COVID they enforced their "rules" stating they were USPS rules but the larger USPS center down the street in Aberdeen had the complete opposite ones - they very much just enforced what they felt and we're pretty rude when doing so. They're not very helpful either and put their "closed" sign up a few minutes before 12:45 - when I pulled into their parking lot I could still see the sign moving from being placed there, and when I checked my phones both showed it was 12:43. To make it worse I only go in for 30 seconds tops just grab mail out of a PO Box and they still find ways to disappoint me.

My spouse and I came in on Dec.10th, to mail 5 boxes to VA( the Eastern Shore) we paid for 2 day priority mail. We both came in we waited in line for our turn, due to social distancing procedures. Both of us came in to address, tape and prepare the boxes to get it done faster. The clerks were very rude, disrespectful and tried to make one of us step out when we clearly waited our turn. I believe this is due to our sexual orientation. Today is the 17th, and our packages are not even out of Maryland yet, according to USPS Tracking. I believe they held our packages on purpose for almost 5 days out of spite. According to the tracking it never left their location until the night of the 14th. This is racist, biased and unprofessional. When I called to speak to the supervisor this morning, I was refused and the man was once again rude and disrespectful, stating that he knew exactly who we were and remembered us. We remained cordial and respectful throughout the entire situation. This is uncalled for. I understand that due to COVID things are slower and backed up, but our packages were held at this location for 5 days on purpose. Just to test a theory, I had a family member mail me a box from the same location I sent mine to with 2 day priority, and guess what. It was mailed yesterday and USPS Tracking says that I am due to receive it tomorrow, Fri. The 18th. So you tell me...
