Worst staff ever!!!!! Someone more engaged with their phone and Greg who is as slow as molasses and rude!!! You don't keep customers waiting and you should send them to another open person when your print machine isn't working. I should not have been made to wait for 4 attempts to fix something while 3 other people get waited on. I hate this post office!!!!! Oh and when you call to speak to a manager be prepared to be hung up on! Did I say how much I hate this post office!!!!

Called in because package with sensitive information AND a tracking number was listed as delivered to a location Down the street from usps location at 6:36 on a Friday, On Saturday can’t locate package. Rude employee was very dismissive and said they would have to check with carrier and nothing they can do. Ridiculous

I live in Annapolis Overlook and have been noticing issues with package delevery recently. Instead of taking the package to the door for delivery they have been putting packages ontop of the community mailboxes. This is a large problem in my eyes with all the packages being stolen. It is as if the post office wants for peoples packages to be stolen. Last week a package was at my door and was supposed to be delivered to another building the address was on the package. Can the delivery driver not read or do they just not care? Now today I recived a message while at work from another resident of Annapolis Overlook. A package my mother sent for my daughter was delivered to the wrong building. What the heck us going on here? All I know is if I did my job this poorly I would be fired. Someone in management need to do their job and get this fixed.

POOR! The carrier wrote on my mail not to block the mailbox or ALL mail will be held at USPS. My two vehicles are located in our driveway. WE do not block the mailbox. The street/court at Garden Gate is a public street and I cannot have who ever keeps parking in front of my mailbox towed. I have called the City of Annapolis to report the different vehicles that do it. I do not think I should be punished because as the City has told me I do not have control over a public court. I have an idea.... you have them towed because after all the mail is considered Federal correct. Please email me your response.

My husband made 2 appointments to get a passport at the Easport PO. Both times when he arrived he was told the ONLY person available to do this called in sick. He had to take off work twice and drive for an hour to make these appointments. I even called ahead of time and was told I could only schedule this online. WORST customer service ever. DO NOT go here to obtain passports!!

The postal service that services the Admiral Farragut Apt Complex can be deemed very careless I just received W-2's that were delivered to another post box within the community. I am awaiting for a check from the MD treasury that hasn't be delivered. I hope to God that it hasn't been delivered to the wrong address. GET IT TOGETHER

The postal carrier that substitutes for the gentleman servicing the Fairwinds community needs to be counseled fpr practically destroying the mail when cramming it into our mailboxes!! This is ridiculous!! This "employee" needs HELP!! It is clear there is an ANGER issue with this person because it is completely unnecessary to handle the mail destructively. Perhaps a job as a de-construction laborer would be more appropriate. Our regular carrier is well-aware of this issue so apparently there is no genuine supervision at this branch.

I am not just upset, i am very angry at this people, I went to get my son's passport three weeks ago i paid extra to have it on timed or his trip, today a got a letter from the department of state saying that they can't give us the passport because I didn't send the copy of my DL, I had to pay almost 70 dollars for the overnight shipping, spend almost 300 dollars to reschedule my son's flight and all because of this irresponsible people, now I am praying the passport gets here on time for my son's trip.
