I am so disgusted. Got a notification saying my package was delivered. It never was. I went back and forth for an entire week getting excuses and finally getting an answer that my package was brought back and then redelivered. I called again today to find that that was completely untrue and never actually happened. The story has now changed to it was delivered appropriately 1 week ago and someone stole it. When we spoke a week ago I explained that the package would be tiny and your staff informed me that its EXTREMELY unlikely for it to be stolen as it is so small. So I have been lied to for a week to find no one actuslly has my package.

I should be able to get my mail by going into the post office when it opens instead of it being put on the truck 5 min before window opens that way I don't have to wait 4-6 hr to recieve my mail

Just dealt with Tom Handrahan. I could tell by the way he spoke that he was smiling. He was extremely helpful and polite. He was able to steer me in the right direction. Thank you Tom. I'd like to also add here that every encounter I have had with our Post Office Personnel has been wonderful at both the Post Office and en route.
