I'm moving to this town and I've been to the Post office three times to figure out where my mailbox needs to go for my house three different times I've been told different things and still no update on where the mailbox is be placed...

Today postal guy rude and didn't for the second time take mail in box. Sat. We put out letter. He didn't take today I tried to catch him cause he went by the flag up in my mail box again. He yelled back rudely I don't pick up on holiday. Didn't pick up on Sat. That was no holiday. Then Ridley said have nice day. What kind of service and post guys are you the post office having. We've never had any trouble but this year. Hope it gets better. I will not put up with this guy

I’m looking to file a complaint against the Westminster mass post office fir 3 years they have been leaving my lmnaik box open I have have packages stolen I have had my mail and bills disk due to rain a have called the local office real repeatedly with no results I have watch the mail lady throw the mail in the box and make no effort to try and close the mail box I want answers to why I have to put up with this????!!!!

Awful. Just called today my mail usually comes at a certain time and it’s 3 hours behind. I’m not upset about that I’m upset because I called and asked if it’s running behind met with attitude and then asked if there was a reason and she hung up on me. I wasn’t rude but I’m sure I’m allowed to ask questions, very unprofessional. I will never use this post office other to receive my mail unfortunately.
