Never got my package!! It’s been over a week and the status says “delivered to agent for final delivery., but can’t tell me who the delivered it to!? Just called and was hung up on and when I tried to call back, no answer… what’s is going on!!? I didn’t even get a call back from my lost mail claim

Tracking no 801977234048945624. Since Dec.14,2022 arrived at your facility in Taunton MA for arrival at my address 313 Carver St, Raynham Ma on Dec.15 which is approximately 10 min away. WHAT HAPPEN??? I want a full detailed explanation to why this parcel got so lost or perhaps even destroyed.

I am trying to call the Myles Standish Post Office. Someone hung up the phone and now the line is busy. How unbelievably rude. My reason for calling is that City Hall swears up and down that they sent my Real Estate bill to me in July. They also claim that if I didn’t get it, it was the Post Office’s fault. I get my mail everyday. Is there anything you can do about this situation?

Our regular postman has been on vacation and whoever replaced him doesn't know how to do their job. We haven't had mail in a week. As an apartment building, we should've received at least SOMETHING for one of the apartments and yet nothing!
Disappointed doesn't even describe it.

I have been waiting for a check that was mailed out on 10/14/2016 from Braintree ma. It has not arrived yet. I am hoping it does but the last time i was expecting a document fro Natick,ma. it took 7 business days. Is not normal- always took no more than 1 or 2 business days. Called in a request to have a package delivery delayed for a couple of days (gave tracking number) and was assured "No problem", package was delivered on my front step with no "delay" anyway. Shoddy, unprofessional service with NO regard for patrons.
