It has been four weeks since I submitted a change of address form so that the mail for my deceased father would be sent to my house. MAIL IS STLL BEING DELIVERED TO HIS HOME! No one lives there. A cousin collects the mail. It includes bills and other essential letters. What does someone have to do to get the USPS to do this simple thing?
When I went into the Swansea, MA post office on 9/25/2020, I was very disappointed to see that one of the clerks was not wearing a mask. I asked him, "No mask?" His reply, "Nope, no mask." No reason or exemption was given. I thought masks were mandated, especially for federal employees.

not say which ones because I ain’t no snitch however since this is such a public place that everyone needs to use, employees should be required to wear masks.
Swansea post office is a joke!!!!..each time I order from amazon..packages used to be left at my door no signature required...now lazy mail man does not want to walk or even drive down my drive way so leaves pink slips in my mail box for me to waste my time go picking up my parcels at the post office. One slip said icy drive way..my husband plows and sands for the city so its far from icy and even if it was ...get out of the truck and walk to deliver it!!! My daughter had a bday party ..her bday present was to be delivered on her big day..we were all home..mail man pulled up to mail box..put pink slip in it and didnt even try to bring it to the door..my 4yr old was devastated because it was a saturday and she didnt get her gift until three days later!!! After that incident this week again i had two pink slips in my mail box with no explanation why not delivered again!! No signature is required so whats the issue now??? Lazy mailman dont want to get out of his truck again to deliver my package!! We are the reason he even has a job!!! Forget going in to the post office..had to mail a package..line was outcthe door. Took forever..guy behind counter was too busy making weird jokes no one understood instead of hurring up and taking care of all the people waiting...while another girl sat on phone..took me 40 minutes to mail it....next time going to warren or fall river!!!!!
How about the free samples I was suppose to receive from the long lengthy surveys I took hours of doing, and never received not one of them. Isn't it against the law for mail people to steal , I know , cuz two people I know steal free samples my friends husband is a postal worker and her kitchen draw is over flowing with samples... gets me mad to see crooks
I ordered two things off ebay , when the mail men had brought the mail he brought one package from ebay but marked down that 2 were given that day , it was a 60 dollar purchase and i am worried now , i never done this before and my first time im already having an issue and i have more stuff coming , ugh...
