packages just sit in shrewsbury to die. i own the post office building in charlemont Shrewsbury does such a bad job i dont even like to have anything sent usps. so bad i would not even care if the usps was closed down and i lost my rent. what goes on down there ? everyone should use ups or other carriers till shrewsbury gets their act together. Charlemont runs perfect. the mail needs to be hubbed back in springfield and shrewsbury needs to be shut down.

Honestly probably one of the best people I've ever known, the past 3 mailmen that have delivered to my house have been the nicest people ever. My current one will take time out of his day to throw the football and talk football with me and my brother. I don't know if he knows what a bright side to my day it is but he brightens my day up every time he throws that ball with me even when he just says a friendly hello. My dog also loves the guy and I'm very thankful to have such a good mail service.

We live in Shrewsbury, MA. We often have mailed ripped open by our mail carriers to see if there is money or checks located inside. We have reported this to the post office and the postmaster a few times, but it is routinely ignored. Perhaps, non-accountable thievery is cultural.
