I scheduled a package pick up for today. The Postal Deliverer did not stop to get it @ 5 Candlewood Drive, Sandwich, MA 02563. I would still like it to be retrieved. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter, Ann Bowden

Why wouldn't someone tell me some branches of my Hemlock was bothering the mail-man instead of slicing the tree in half ---a few branches would have been suffice no class!!!!!

I was waiting all day for a certified letter to be delivered. The carrier simply wrote out a sorry we missed you card, and left in mail box. Never tried to deliver, never walked up to the house. So glad we paid to have this hand delivered and signed for. Your service is a joke, now I have to drive across town to get my mail because of lazy, and inept service. I would expect reimbursement of the cost of the certified letter as well as my time wasted but being you guys do not care I expect nothing will happen. By the way a substitute driver is not an excuse. Should always use FedEx or UPS for now on.
