I was appalled with the service. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called with a question, and presented very polite even despite my situation with my package being lost. The staff members gave me attitude and was unable to answer any questions...did not even seem to make an effort.


Everyone here needs to be fired
I had several missing packages and horrible customer service. Managers included. I'm really tired of usps altogether.


I've tried calling for over an hour now, for the past three days, and have only gotten a busy tone, or no response. It's clear that the USPS has no regard for those who use their services. I don't even know why I'm writing this, it's not like they're actually going to use customer feedback.....


Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was put on hold 4 times for over an hour just trying to find out where my package is. Such lazy idiots.

What is wrong with the people who work here? no customer service at all. this is absolutely ridiculous.


What kind of incompetent idiots do you hire at the Roxbury post office. I've called over 15 times with not one response. I'm going in there and speaking to a manager this is unacceptable. Zero customer service at all.
